Powerline’s (Spicy) Punch

I've been making a conscious effort to bring back our family movie nights now that summer is here and we have a little extra time on our hands. Recently, we celebrated Father's Day with an A Goofy Movie-themed dinner in honor of Erik, our amazing bonus dad.

One of the stars of the evening was our Powerline Punch. Erik and I decided to give the punch a little grown-up twist, and it did not disappoint. It was fruity, refreshing, and the perfect drink to sip while singing along to "I2I."

Ingredients

• 3 oz Pineapple juice

• 3 oz Lemonade

• 3 oz Sprite or 7UP

• 1-2 oz gin or vodka (I prefer gin)

• Ice

Directions

• Fill a glass with ice.

• Pour in the pineapple juice, lemonade, and gin or vodka.

• Top with Sprite or 7UP and gently stir to combine.

• Garnish with a lemon wedge, pineapple slice, or blue raspberry sour straw, if desired, and enjoy!

Family friendly option? Simply leave out the alcohol for a delicious mocktail everyone can enjoy.
